Turnkey video walls and screens for offices«

We assemble screens from front-serviceable modules, allowing them to be mounted flush against the wall without any ventilation gaps. We use Novastar video processors for perfect image synchronization.

We take on the entire cycle of LED screen creation.

From calculating load-bearing structures to perfect seam alignment on-site

1

Audit and calculation

We clarify the tasks, select the pixel pitch (from 0.56 to 4 mm), and calculate the weight of the structures.

2

Design

We prepare working documentation, drawings of mounting systems, and video signal switching diagrams.

3

Supply of components

We deliver modules strictly from the same batch for 100% matching in color and brightness.

4

Assembly and installation

We install cabinets with precision to avoid gaps and distortions.

5

Commissioning

We configure controllers, routing, and color calibration to create a perfectly smooth, seamless image.

6

Training and support

We train your staff to use the management software and provide warranty service for the system.

Our advantages

Professional installation: images without compromise

Perfect seamlessness

We use laser levels and special tools to align modules into a single, smooth plane without "steps" or micro-gaps.

Comfort for eyes and cameras

We use high-refresh-rate drivers (starting at 3840 Hz). The screen doesn't stutter or "band" when viewing photos or videos in conference rooms.

Complete silence

For indoor use, we select an architecture with fanless power supplies. The screen operates completely silently.

Cost of screens for conference rooms and offices

An engineer will visit and measure the premises For free
Turnkey video wall for a meeting room from 100,000 rub. per m²
Situation Room Screen (COB, fine pitch) from 150,000 rub. per m²
Image screen for the hall/reception from 100,000 rub. per m²
Setting up a video path and training staff from 25,000 rubles.

The price per square meter depends on the pixel pitch and brightness. The estimate is determined after a site inspection. A ZIP kit of spare modules is included in the delivery.

Conference Room Video Wall: Why LED Instead of Projector

A classic meeting room pain point is the projector, which requires turning off the lights: when the lights are on, the image fades, and participants fall asleep in the dark. An LED video wall solves this problem radically: contrast is maintained in any lighting conditions, blacks stay black, and the presentation is visible from anywhere in the room. Plus, there are no lamps with limited lifespan or "warm-up" time—the screen turns on instantly and lasts for years.

Indoor Screen Requirements

Indoor LED screens operate at a minimum distance from the viewer, hence three strict requirements:

  • Fine pixel pitch: From 0.56 to 4 mm—4K and higher resolution on the wall, with no visible pixel grid even from arm's length. For the most demanding applications, we use COB modules with a smooth, wipe-clean surface.
  • Comfortable brightness and honest shooting: 600–1000 cd/m² — brighter than a TV without being glaring. 7680 Hz refresh rate: no streaking when recording conferences or broadcasting.
  • Silence: Cabinets with passive cooling or external power supplies—the screen doesn't hum in the meeting room or heat the room.

Solutions for business problems

  • Conference halls and meeting rooms: Video walls instead of projectors – presentations with the lights on, video conferences without compromising on the picture.
  • Situation centers and control rooms: 24/7 fine-pixel screens allow operators to read tables and diagrams from their workstations without eye strain.
  • Halls, reception areas and showrooms: Image-based video surfaces that set the company's standard from the visitor's first step.
  • Flexible screens: Soft-backed modules for columns, curved walls, and curved reception areas—a video surface of any shape, without corners.

For retail spaces, shop windows and establishments - a separate direction: screens for shops, shop windows and restaurants.

Editing: smooth, seamless picture

The main mistake untrained installers make is crooked module joints, which results in visible seams and "steps" in the image. We work differently:

  1. Laser alignment: Vacuum grippers and three-axis micro-adjustment allow the canvas to be assembled into a monolith without gaps or distortions.
  2. Electrical safety: The screen is a significant load on the network, so we assemble separate power lines with overload protection, rather than hanging it on an office outlet.
  3. ZIP kit: Spare modules from the same batch are included in the delivery—when replaced, the module's color is the same, and front magnetic access makes replacement a two-minute task without disassembling the wall.

Frequently asked questions

Contrast in bright light: a projector requires dimming, while a video wall maintains a vibrant image even in full light—participants can see both the presentation and each other. Plus, it features instant startup with no warm-up time, no lamps with limited lifespans, and a seamless image of any size. The projector's only advantage is the initial price—a video wall is cheaper over time.

It won't if the refresh rate is correct. Cheap 1920Hz screens produce banding on any camera—a flaw in conference rooms with recording and broadcasting. We install 7680Hz drivers: the image is clear on any camera, from webcams to broadcast equipment.

For closed spaces, we choose a fanless architecture: passive cooling or remote power supplies in an adjacent technical room. The screen operates silently—in the conference room, only the meeting participants are heard, not the equipment.

Yes, we use front-service cabinets: modules, cards, and power are accessible from the front using magnets. The screen is mounted flush to the wall or in a recess, eliminating rear access. Replacing any module takes just a few minutes, directly from the front.

The key factor is pixel pitch: the closer the audience, the finer the pitch and the higher the price per square meter. Budgets for a meeting room for 8–10 people and a spacious conference hall will vary. Reference prices per square meter are in the table on this page; we'll provide a precise estimate after a free on-site visit and measurements. You can quickly estimate your parameters using the online calculator.
