Yes, this is a common request: the contractor installs and disappears, or "tunes" it by eye in an hour. We start with an audit of the connections and configurations, correct connection errors, and then perform a full setup with measurements. The only requirement is that the equipment is in good working order: if any faults are discovered during the process, our service center will fix them before calibration.

Because the system isn't configured correctly, and this affects the entire system: sound without phase and delay alignment turns into mush, lighting without alignment and defined scenes becomes a chaotic disco, and an LED screen without a calibrated video processor produces burnt-out colors. With such errors, high-end hardware loses to a properly configured mid-range system. This can be fixed with commissioning—without replacing the equipment.

Objectivity and reproducibility. The measurement path shows real characteristics—sound frequency response, light uniformity, screen brightness and color rendition—not what the engineer's eyes and ears have adapted to over an hour of work. And most importantly, the settings are saved as parameters—after repair or component replacement, the system returns to the standard, not "as it was remembered.".

Yes, completely: we provide backup copies of all DSP processor, lighting console, and video controller configurations, user presets, and documentation upon project handover. You're not tied to us as the sole repository of "secret knowledge"—any qualified specialist can maintain the system using our materials. We consider this a standard of engineering ethics.

The cost depends on the system's composition: the number of acoustic systems and zones, lighting fixtures, screens, and the complexity of the control logic. After reviewing the project or auditing the installed system, we prepare a fixed-price commercial proposal. For systems designed and installed by us, commissioning is included in the equipment price.
